Congratulations to Jimmy and Rae.  They closed on the sale of their large town home located in the Independence subdivision in Manassas, Virginia.  They put a lot of time and effort to following our staging instructions and not only did they do an amazing job in a short period of time, it all paid off.  With a quick sale and top dollar they took control of the market and made out very well.  Most importantly the story continues.
